Evopower EPW90-28 Petrol Pressure Washer, 2.8hp Loncin Engine

The Evopower EPW90-28 (90 bar, 2.8hp) is a new petrol pressure washer in the 2012 Evopower washer range. Small, lightweight and incredibly powerful for it's size, the 2.8hp engine produces 90 bar of pressure making it a very useful tool, whilst being very compact.

As with all Evopower machines, the brand has kept faith in the now standard Loncin engine, which is considered to be a 'bulletproof', industrial quality engine, and providing enough power to get through around 360 litres of water per hour. With a continuous running pressure of around 80 bar (maximum output of 90 bar), this is a low noise machine, producing only 70dB from 7m, which for a pressure washer is extremely quiet. And at only 14kg in weight, the functionality of a portable pressure washer with this much going for it, is incredible.

The EPW90-28 also comes with a heavy duty Trigger Gun and Lance, a 5m hose, 3 nozzles and a tool kit to get you started, and standard in-built features are a low oil shut down and CDI ignition, also known as electronic ignition, which guarantees the recoil pull start functionality works with ease.

There is a 2-year warranty on the Loncin engine, and the pressure washer itself has a 1-year RTB (Return to Base) manufacturers guarantee.

What can I use my pressure washer for?

This pressure washer is not recommended for commercial usage but is ideal for use around the home and garden. This pressure washer is so compact and portable you could use it for outdoor activities and general leisure use. Motor cross for example, as you can clean your bike without having to get your driveway messy.

Can this washer draw from a barrel?

This washer is best when connected to a mains water supply. Gravity feeding is also fine, but it will not draw directly from a barrel.

What is the use of each quick release nozzle?

The pressure washer comes complete with 3 quick release nozzles. Red is to be used on materials such as metal or concrete. Yellow is ideal for cleaning small areas but should only be used on areas which can withstand the higher pressure. The black nozzle has a low pressure and is ideal for applying chemicals or cleaning solutions.

Does this come with a turbo nozzle?

No. A turbo nozzle does not fit this model.

What is the difference between this new range and the 2010 range?

The EPW275-14AR now comes complete with a higher quality Italian-made Annovi Reverberi Triplex Pump. This pressure washer now also feature a slimmer, compact design for easier transport.

What is the maximum flow rate of this pressure washer?

The EPW275-14AR has a flow rate of around 360 litres per hour.

Do I need to use safety equipment?

No safety equipment is not required when using this machine.

Are there any attachments, lances, nozzles or extensions that can be added to this machine, if so what are they?

This pressure washer comes with 3 nozzles and a standard lance. However, there are other attachments that are available to purchase separately. These include a range of nozzles, lances and recoil starts.
