Delivery to most of the UK mainland is Free of charge. If delivery is to the Highlands or any of the UK Islands please call to confirm as your location may incur a small surcharge.
We aim to despatch all orders placed before midday the same day using a next working day delivery service to most of mainland UK. (Highlands and Islands normally take 2-3 working days) . If you experience any delays or issues with the delivery please contact us immediately. We need to provide our delivery company with your contact telephone no. If the courier is unable to make contact, there may be a delay in delivery.
IMPORTANT: When accepting delivery, please unpack and check the condition of the product and contents of the package before signing for the delivery. If the delivery driver will not permit you to check condition of the goods sign for them as "damaged". Unfortunately this is a necessary precaution as it is too late to sort out claims for damaged goods, after they have been signed for in good condition.
